Inside the Studio
A Clean Room You Want to Sit In
We are Redemption Tattoo, a custom studio on North Highway 97 in Bend. We have been open since 2019, and the room says a lot about how we work: an open floor under a timber-beam ceiling, our own hand-painted mural across the back wall, and stations kept clean and welcoming.
Primo and the crew cover a real range, from traditional Japanese and bold blackwork to fine lettering and color. We would rather take the time to get your idea right than rush you through, and folks tell us that shows in the work, some of them driving hours to sit in our chairs.
Walk in to talk through an idea, or set up a consultation. Either way you will get a straight answer about what will look good, hold up, and sit right on you.

What We Do
From a First Tattoo to a Full Back
Whatever you have in mind, it starts the same way: a conversation, a custom drawing, and an honest plan. Here is the range we cover.
Custom Design
Bring a reference or a rough idea. We draw a one-off piece built around you and your placement, never flash pulled off a wall.
Japanese & Irezumi
Dragons, koi, hannya masks and full back pieces in the traditional Japanese style, with bold line and layered color.
Black & Grey, Blackwork
Solid blackwork, fine line and smooth black-and-grey shading. Clean lines that hold up over the long run.
Lettering & Script
Names, dates and custom lettering laid out and sized to sit right on the body, not just stamped on.
Color & Illustrative
Saturated color and illustrative pieces, from a small first tattoo to a layered sleeve, finished with care.
Cover-Ups & Add-Ons
Reworking older tattoos or building onto what you already have. Bring it in and we will talk through the options.
What People Say
“I drive 4 hours to his shop, and he is well worth the drive. I recommend him to everyone.”
They are a class outfit top to bottom. Their facility was very clean and welcoming. My artist Lee was extremely helpful in capturing my idea, and my tattoo honestly turned out better than I could have hoped for.
Todd Kjellesvik
Walking into their shop I felt straight at home, great atmosphere. The work they put out is phenomenal. Clean lines, excellent shading, all around great tattoo.

All the artists here are chill and fun to be around, and it is refreshing to find tattoo artists that actually want to get you in as soon as possible. I have seen their work and they are all fantastic.

Often, yes. Cover-ups and reworks depend on the size, age and color of the existing piece, so the best first step is to bring it in for a quick look and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Your artist will send you home with clear aftercare instructions for your specific piece. In general: keep it clean, follow the washing and moisturizing routine you are given, and keep it out of direct sun and soaking water while it heals.
